May your stay at Solar Istra apartment be enjoyable and safe there are some house rules to follow:
Bed sheets and towels use are included in price. Bed sheets are changed every 7 days and towels every 4 days.
No pets allowed.
Respect our check-in and check-out times. Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is not later than 10 AM. Late check-out and early check-in have to be discussed and paid for in advance.
Do not make any noise/music disturbing your neighbors from 10 PM to 7 AM. Keep it moderate during the day.
Do not leave the AIR condition on while doors and Windows Are open PLEASE
No friend visits to the apartment. The apartment is reserved and paid for you only. That means the maximum occupancy may not be exceeded at any time during reservation.
Leave your apartment in the state it was found. This includes washing the dishes and taking out the trash regularly. Please do not move the furniture around.
We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to any of your personal property. (We will return any missing items found.)
You are requested to pay for repairs of any damage you or your guests have caused. If something doesn’t work let us know immediately!
